These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website valleychart.co and any related services and products operated by Valley Chart LTD (“Valley Chart”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including references to consumer applications such as Remodium. By visiting our site, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Valley Chart LTD is a UK company (Company No. 14404573), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. These Terms apply to your use of our company website and any Valley Chart–operated experiences that link to these Terms. Separate in-app terms and storefront rules may also apply when you use our mobile apps via Apple App Store or Google Play.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data and is incorporated by reference. For cookies and SDKs, see our Cookie Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are 13–17, you may use the services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your activity. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and will comply with applicable laws when using our services.
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to access systems without authorization; interfering with or disrupting the services; introducing malware; scraping or harvesting data without permission; infringing the rights of others; or using the services for unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited activity. We may remove or block content or access to protect users, our systems, or comply with law.
If you upload or submit content (such as images, text, prompts, feedback) you retain ownership of your content. You grant Valley Chart a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, display, and create derivative works of that content solely to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the services (including AI processing, previews, before/after comparisons, and support). You represent you have necessary rights to your content and it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove content that appears unlawful or violates these Terms.
AI-assisted features may generate suggestions, images, or other outputs. These are provided for inspiration and planning only and may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unsuitable for specific purposes. They do not constitute professional advice (for example, architectural, engineering, or legal). You are responsible for verifying measurements, safety, regulatory compliance, and fitness for purpose before relying on outputs or making purchases or modifications based on them.
If you subscribe to or purchase features in Valley Chart apps (e.g., Remodium), transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing cycles, auto-renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds are governed by the relevant storefront’s terms and policies. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your storefront account settings before the renewal date. Valley Chart does not process payments directly for mobile apps and cannot override store refund decisions.
Our services may include third-party integrations, SDKs, or links (for example, hosting, analytics, crash reporting). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your discretion and risk. For data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
We may use analytics and behavior tools (such as Google Analytics and Hotjar) to understand how users interact with our website and to improve usability and performance. These tools may set cookies and collect pseudonymous technical and interaction data. Manage preferences via our consent banner, your browser settings, or the providers’ opt-out mechanisms. Learn more in our Cookie Policy.
The services, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials are owned by Valley Chart or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to access and use the services in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the services unless permitted by law or by our written consent. If we provide open-source components, their licenses may grant additional rights that control in case of conflict.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Valley Chart a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without obligation or attribution.
We strive to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. We may release updates that you may need to install to continue using certain features. We are not liable for outages or changes except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the services, or where required by law or platform policy. You may stop using the services at any time and, where applicable, delete your account or uninstall apps. Provisions that by nature should survive (such as IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply after termination.
You consent to receive notices and communications from us electronically (for example, via the website, in-product dialogs, or email). Such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Before filing any claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us via our Contact Page. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Valley Chart agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds this paragraph unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining Terms.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be secure, error-free, or meet your expectations, or that outputs will be accurate, reliable, or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valley Chart and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the services. Our total liability for all claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Your UK consumer law rights (if applicable) remain unaffected.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valley Chart, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Your use of our apps must comply with Apple App Store and Google Play rules. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for our apps and have no warranty obligations. To the extent required by platform rules, Apple and Google (and their subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You also agree to comply with any third-party terms when using the apps, including your mobile provider’s terms.
You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws when using our services. You represent that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a sanctioned jurisdiction and are not a prohibited party under applicable trade controls. Do not use the services for any prohibited purpose under such laws.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Keep your contact details current. If the last email you provided cannot receive notices, our sending the notice will still constitute delivery. You may send legal notices to us via the address listed on our Legal Notice page or via the Contact Page (choose “Legal or Data Requests”).
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to be valid and enforceable. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and Valley Chart regarding the services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements on the same subject.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility or internet outages, government actions, or failures of third-party networks or services.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in features, practices, or legal requirements. We will post updates here with a new effective date, and where required by law we will provide additional notice and/or seek consent. Your continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
